Will a smart lock fit my existing door?
Most timber and aluminium doors in Adelaide are compatible with smart locks, but the correct model depends on your door thickness, current lock position, door frame clearance and lock body structure. We recommend sending photos of your door for a free compatibility check before booking.
Can you install a smart lock that I bought elsewhere?
Yes, we offer installation-only service for suitable customer-supplied smart locks. Send us the exact model, photos of the lock and photos of both sides and the edge of your door. We will check compatibility and quote the installation scope before booking.
How much does smart lock installation cost in Adelaide?
For a compatible customer-supplied lock, standard installation is $200 for a compact smart lock or small lock body and $350 for a full-size smart lock using a standard 6068 mortise. Extra parts, repairs, unusual door preparation or non-standard work are quoted before booking. Supplied-and-installed lock packages start from $699.
What comes with the A$443 Dahua camera kit?
The equipment package contains two DH-IPC-HDW2541EMP-AS-ANZ 5MP cameras and one DHI-NVR4104HS-P-4KS2/L four-channel PoE network video recorder.
What is the A$590 Dahua Smart Dual Light kit?
This equipment package contains two DH-IPC-HDW3667EM-S-IL-ANZ 6MP cameras and one DHI-NVR4104HS-P-4KS2/L four-channel PoE recorder. The cameras offer infrared and target-triggered warm-light monitoring.
What is a PoE security camera system?
PoE means Power over Ethernet. A compatible network cable carries power and video between each camera and the PoE recorder, so the cameras use a wired connection rather than relying on Wi-Fi.
Can I add more cameras later?
The included recorder has four camera channels and four PoE ports. Starting with two cameras leaves room for two more compatible cameras, subject to the recorder's bandwidth and power limits.
