Warranty Policy

The warranty becomes effective on the day the installation is completed.

• Within the first 6 months:
  If a fault occurs, we will replace the smart lock with a brand-new unit free of charge, including on-site replacement service.

• After 6 months and within 2 years:
  If a fault occurs, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a replacement smart lock by mail, or

  • Pick up a replacement smart lock in Adelaide, or

  • Pay a $99 service fee for on-site replacement by our technician.

This warranty ensures reliable after-sales support and long-term peace of mind.
